Kolossi Grill

Fantastic service - amazing home cooked food, very fresh crisp and tasty. Everything you ever wanted from a taverna. Superb prices for London. I could not recommend this venue enough.

Excellent. Very quiet during the week but busy on weekend. Might be worth booking in advance but then again my partner and I were seated within 10 minutes.

Staff provide great entertaianment, Retsina is lovely and the food is ... well ... Greek.

Couldn't want for more from a Greek restaurant.

Great little Greek Taverna, took my eldest daughter out for a meal this easter while the wife and my youngest daughter did a show...think they missed out big style. Staff were very Greek......warm greeting on arrival,very relaxed and easy going.... very Greek if you've ever been to Greece if you have'nt.....shame on you!.

Food and wine was spot on,will most definately be going back on my next visit to London.

To those giving bad reviews you obviousy had'nt taken your prescribed medication that day!!

just had to write and say what a fantastic time we had at this restaurant.

Our children are on special diets which means that we rarely eat out these days.

HOWEVER, the lovely staff at KOLOSSI were wonderful and as their food is fresh and cooked from scratch they made gluten and dairy free alternatives for our kids. Needless to say we all were very happy and the children didn't feel left out (as so often happens elsewhere)

The Kleftico and stiffado were particularly out-of-this-world.

We'll definately be back soon

Had dinner here last night after being recomended to visit by a friend. The waiter suggested we have the Meze which turned out to be a feast of excellent tasting dishes from the starters right through the the Lamb main course. You really get the feeling that you are in a real Greek taverna and not in London! Prices are reasonable whilst the service was friendly.

Definately recomend Kolossi Grill for high quality food and a great night!

I went to this restaurant last week and was incredibly disappointed. The reviews on this site are very positive, but I can't work out why.

My experience was that the food was very functional, more of a Greek caff than that of a restaurant and the waiters were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than getting me a second beer or letting me pay my bill swiftly.

Either my expectations are too high, or it was a bad night.

I went there on a Thursday evening and it was not a good experience at all. The service was very friendly, but I'm convinced the waiter was tipsy. The food came quickly, but was really second rate - Stifado reheated from frozen.

I wanted a second beer, but one waiter forgot and the others simply didn't want to disturb their conversation to check if my drink needed topping up. The best part of the meal was the free fruit.

I hope this was just an off night.

Visited this friendly greek taverna after aboiut 20yrs. It hadn't changed except the decor which had brightened up somewhat. The food was still firstclass and excellent value. The Dolmades the best I have had and the grilled prawns massive and very tasty The kleftiko was recommeded by my partner and the spatchcocked chicken just right . Also Nicola the owner immediately recognised me tho not seen for over 15 years. Very friendly and excellent value too.
