I Was Appalled By The Service. The waiter was patronising, telling us not to eat the leaf of the steamed rice (how rude). The manager approached me to ask what was wrong with the service which implied why did you not pay the service charge, I was intending to pay the tip directly to the waiter that served us however I changed my mind after I was approached rudely. I am vegetarian and allergic to mushrooms they did not provide me with an alternative.

Been to different branches of ping pong a few times and decided that the Spitalfields branch is my favourite one after eating there with my sister. We enjoyed it so much that we went back for another big meal within a week!

We prefer ping pong to traditional 'proper' chinese dim sum restaurants because we don't eat pork and the majority of dim sim in chinese restaurants are pork based. At ping pong there is a lot of choice in seafood which is why I love going there.

Both times, we opted for the unlimited dim-sum option. You do need to have quite an apetite for that, I must admit. But at less than £19 per person, it is definitely worth it. I worked out that it is good value for money as long as you order at least 6 dishes each, and that is really easy to do for most average eaters.

The food tastes fresh and delicious. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

FIrst WOW! This is by far the best dim sum i've had!

I went to a nearby spa with some girlfriends and we decided at the last minute to eat here, I had never been before and was slightly skeptical as I knew it was a chain.

The food was excellent especially the filled buns, the service was very fast... although not that friendly. And the atmosphere was great.

We were a party of 8 so managed to fit perfectly around the bench style table. The inside of the restuarant is spacious yet warm and inviting.

There's no worries as well about pronouncing words wrong as the ordering is done on a tally sheet... making it much simpler and easy to remember what you'd like.

Fantastic food will visit again soon- i recommend the char sui bun and the delicious pineapple, coconut and wine cooler to drink!
