I couldn't disagree more with the review below. Six of us went there last night for dinner and were greeted warmly by the staff. One member of staff started speaking to one of the men in our group but when I told him that he was French and couldn't speak English, he then spoke in French to him, which really impressed me!
We had a bottle of champagne, a bottle of red wine, a bottle of water, two portions of garlic pizza bread and six bowls of pasta as well as one dessert for £108 which I thought was very good value for this part of town! The portions were generous and we all left fat and full!

A terrible dining experience - awful bland tasteless food, no quality of service at all, wobbly undesirable tables - do yourself a favour and dont go.....

Having read previous reviews 7 of us decided upon Italian Graffiti for our pre-theatre lunch and we were not disappointed! From the moment we stepped inside the door, to a very warm welcome , our host and his staff were friendly, efficient, attentive but unobtrusive. The delightful meal - tomato topped garlic bread to share to start, followed by one of the specials, Sea Bass for 5 of the party, Pollo di Spinaci for one and another chicken dish with ham and cheese for another - all accompanied with individual dishes of roast potatoes and cut green beans - beatutifully presented and delicious ! The deserts were equally as good -panna cotte, banoffi pie, profiteroles and of course ice cream. All accompanied by 2 good bottles of red wine and followed by coffee or cappuccino, and liqueurs courtesy of our host, the whole experience was excellent. The lay out of the restaurant is very good and the whole impression one of cosiness and warmth. All agreed that on future visits to London this is one to remember - thank you !

I stumbled across this place completely by chance and I'm so glad I did. Having wandered up and down Oxford street I was delighted to find a "real" eatery, not one of these plastic places that we are so used to seeing. I felt as if I had stepped into Sicily due to the authentic feel of the place. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the smells fabulous! I was greeted by friendly staff and I found the service prompt. I was not put off by the fact that the waitress was Italian, in fact I found this charming and added to the interest of the place. I tucked into a delicious meat pizza which was healthy sized and cheese infested! It was covered with plenty of meaty chunks and crisp vegetables to keep me full for the rest of my afternoon! This left me content and happy, even the bill surprised me as it was very reasonable in comparison to Central London prices.
All in all I was delighted to come across this natural and real little slice of Italy. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend to all my friends.

I'm starting to wonder if there is another restaurant out there also called Italian Graffiti as I'm astonished by the recent poor reviews. I live in Brighton but if I am visiting the London area I make it my mission to visit this restaurant. Italian Graffiti provides amazing food for great value for money and the staff are incredibly friendly.....they even now remember me and always demonstrate a warm welcome.
If its yummy food at a reasonable price in a welcoming place then look no further.

Can't believe the previous reviews - have been several times recently to this quaint, traditional Italian restaurant which has friendly staff and serves value for money food. Yes the tables are close but that is the same in many restaurants but it can also add to the buzzy atmosphere. Portions are perfect, choice is good and the price is pitched just right. A great restaurant to try and ideal for pre-theatre dinners.

Instantly forgettable experience. My expectations were not terribly high as I'd already seen some less than complementary reviews, but we fancied a pizza, and so decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Should have stuck with the doubt, really. Pretty pitiful pizza. A heavy, tough cardboard-style base, and very bland overall flavour. The waiter and waitress, particularly the former, were larking about when they could have, at least, tried to give the impression that they were there to serve the customers. Quite a sullen atmosphere to the place too.
