I went there with a friend in the afternoon, it was quiet and a good opportunity to chat with the friendly owners. We came back as a group of 4 in the evening and add the selection of salads, all of them equally delicious, followed by tajines and couscous, and sweets to finish. Everything was tasty and fresh, made on the spot. I can only recommend a dinner experience at Khamsa!

Quite a new place we recently tried for a happy lunch.
The dining room could use a bit of mr muscle, and it's on an unprepossessing site. Luckily the food had sparkle - the salads we ate were prepared with meticulous care and were varied & tasty. Their made-to-order speciality: semolina pancakes, were light, crisp and chewy... and the house made pastries I reckon would make Bague de Kenza green with envy.
Warm and drenched in delicious syrup. Dunno where else you can eat almond stuffed figs dipped in chocolate mixed with rosewater and Brixton honey. But I wish it was nearer me.
Will go back to try the morning pastries one day.. homemade croissants and brioche apparently. Delish coffee too & all for very few £'s.
