Mono Libanais
our review
Another new lunch spot for the Soho masses, Mono Libanais is a small but perfectly formed cafe serving Lebanese mezze, wraps, salads and juices to eat in or take away.

I really want to like this place because it's close to where I work and I love Lebanese food. I've been twice however, and the falafel sandwiches are dry and tasteless. The falafel has no taste and its texture is like sawdust. I had a salad today and it was largely iceberg lettuce and nothing like the description in the menu.

New take-out place in Soho. There are seats but it's probably more of a grab-and-go place. Tried the chicken shawarma wrap last week, which was pretty reasonable at under £4 but not enough filling to get me through the day. Might bulk out the order with a salad next time. Still, all looked fresh and it's good to have somewhere else to go to when there's a queue at Yalla Yalla.
