We ate here the other night, and had the best fish and chips any of us had had for ages. My rock was superb, all juicy and tasty in a lovely crispy almost tempura like batter, my wife's haddock was equally lovely, and our mate's scampi was to die for - all of them cooked absolutely fresh too. Great quality mushy peas, a nice bottle of white, all for a tad over £20. Served with a smile by two nice women, in a spotlessly clean place. Lovely.

I have been a regular here for many years and think that out of any Fish and Chip restaurants I have been to this is the best. If you eat in 90% of the time the fish is cooked freshly for you, The portions are good and the service is excellent.
If in Wimbledon and feeling hungry and not worrying about your cholesterol this is the place to go.

I lived in Broadway Place which is almost next door and I frequented this place. Very good indeed. I went to my new local Olley's in Herne Hill after this (alleged to be one of the best in London) and (sadly) it wasn't as good as this place. Not the prettiest place in the world but who cares when the food is this good.
