My work regularly uses Terra for our Christmas parties, but last month I used them to arrange my colleagues retirement party. I can honestly say they were extremely helpful, I had regular contact with Gabi the manager for the weeks leading up to the party. He helped me to arrange a menu for the party to suit everybodies requirements and the evening went extremely well. From the setting up of the venue with decorations right through to getting our guests taxis home at the end of the night Gabi and his staff were faultless. The food was delicious and each course was served when we were ready for it...I would definately recommend.

Had dinner at Terra the other week with my brother and my girlfriend and will certainly be going back!

The dishes were of a great quantity and quality as well! The service was one of the best I have ever encountered. We were made to feel so welcome and a wonderful night was had.

We could not fault any of the dishes and the only issue we encountered was that they undercharged us, forgetting to add on a bottle of wine but the food and service was so good and the bill reasonable that we pointed out the mistake only to then be given a voucher for a free bottle on our next visit :)

I have eaten in Terra twice and will not hesitate to pop in there for a bottle of wine and food again.

The food is clean and simple leaving it to speak for itself,wines are quaffable.

Service is attentive and friendly without being overwhelming.Both nights were busy with a warm and chatty atmosphere.

Terra is fantastic value for money there is no doubting that.I would like to thank Gabby (front of House) and the Chef and waiting staff for some great evenings and more to be had in the future.

I visited Terra a month or so ago with family for my brother's birthday. Having been there several times before, we looked forward for another jolly evening and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was not very busy on the night we were there and so the place had a pleasant relaxed atmosphere which was very much enjoyed after the hubbub of teh environs of Oxford Street. Our waiter was very attentive, helpful and friendly and the service overall was very good. We had quite a mix of dishes, which were all very much enjoyed, as was the recommended wine! As a returning customer to this restaurant, I was somewhat surprised to read the negative reviews on here because each time we have visited Terra, we have experienced very good service and enjoyable food and all at very reasonable prices - particularly considering the location of the restaurant. No doubt we will return soon, in the meantime keep up the smiles and the good hard work and thank you for a most enjoyable evening.

Me and my partner came here for her 20th birthday! And what a delight it was, greeted by friendly staff and given a table decorated with 2 balloons. We were well looked after by the staff ensuring everything was in order, the food was fantastic (particularly the meat balls, fried squid, pork steak and the ostrich steak) and full of rich flavour. At the end of the meal, they brought out a huge birthday profited roll with a candle on top(courtesy of the house) to celebrate. All in all we both felt like we was really taken care of and made to feel welcome and is in all honesty the best restaurant I have ever been to. Thank you for a brilliant evening Terra!

The thing that sets Terra apart from others in the area is the love of food shown by the chef and the customer care shown by the friendly staff.

Its always a pleasure to eat here and they have always been very accomodating with our spur of the moment bookings and young family.

The atmosphere is always really nice and the food always cooked with that extra bit of love that you only get in the best restaurants.

We go back regularly ... A little gem !

About my 10th evening meal here - mainly with colleagues, this time with family. Once again the standard of service just perfect - attentive, informal and serving everything quickly and efficiently but without rushing. The food this time about the best combo: Gamberoni Prawns starter (both of us) followed by either Salmon Risotto (for the missus) or Duck Breast (me). Both fantastic. Washed down with excellent Pinot-Grig which, at £19/bottle, wasn't cheap but then was well-worth savouring, a cut above the usual quaffing stuff. Finally - simply because I happened to mention it was someone's birthday, the biggest Profiteroll (plus candle!) I've ever seen arrived at our table, courtesy of the house. And a perfect coffee for me. A great meal for two, all for less than £55. What more can I say?

I have moved a couple of months ago in this area and tried out several places - and there are lots of restaurants, but Terra is one of my favourites. It is not too big and therefore not that loud, so I enjoyed talking to my friends.

The food is very good and the service even better.

Value for money is really good. You have specials or menus but also a la carte mains from 9 to 15.
