I eat there often. Decent food and decent drinks, for the price.
Recently the service during lunch has been too slow, and the manager is never there to assist. This place needs a shake-up.

Great atmosphere. They've got some very yummy cocktails. I had a St Germain, which had raspberries in it. The food is ok, the choice on the menu is quite varied. The waitress offered us chopsticks to eat our curries and roti! Basically, this place is sleek looking, and the food acceptable.

I have been here twice now and both times I have found the food very disappointing. Avoid the Thai Green Curry and the Shredded Beef. The Malaysian Curry is good and the Sweet and Sour Chicken is not bad. The Crispy Duck is not crispy, it's more like ground duck meat and the dessert selection is weak. Don't order the Cheese Cake but the Chocolate Won-tons are fun. The staff are friendly and it's nice as a trendy wine bar (even though they had run out of half of the beers) but don't bother eating here.

The bar section is great for happy hour, but my experience of the restaurant is the opposite. We recieved some of the WORST service I have ever had in London! Not only did the staff forget our orders, but they were then rude to us when we pointed it out. For pan-Asian, the food was relatively bland.

A hidden gem. Had a friend's birthday dinner last night, was very impressed by Satu. The Pad Thai contained loads of succulent prawns and the other dishes I tried were very tasty and all beautifully presented. Service was slightly disorganised (there were 14 of us, to be fair) but value for money makes this an otherwise an excellent venue. PS. Monday nights are happy hour all night!

The atmosphere and decor were pleasant. The food looked promising, and two of the four of us thought it was very good to excellent. The other two thought it was 'ok' - all the right ingredients but something missing to bring the dish to a complete finish.
The service was absolutely fine. In short, not bad at all. I'd probably go back.

Wow is all I can come up with. The food was fantastic for my liking, especially for lunch where you want to push the boat out alittle on your luncheon budget.
I have even decided to take a gang of boys and girls after work sometime.
