I was fortunate enough to go the jazz supper at the Ebury a few of weeks ago with my wife and some friends. It was very interesting. The food was good, quite an enterprising meal, the service was also good, but the jazz band - they were quite excellent. Finding jazz of this quality playing in a restaurant was a great surprise. The young pianist was mesmerizing and really deserves to be listened to. Strongly recommended!

I organised a retirement do for a friend and 39 of us ate in the upstairs room. The food was first class. The service was excellent.

Highjly recommend this place for this type of event Staff were very friendly and happy to assist even with a few last minute changes. We will use this place again

Went to the Ebury last Saturday evening with my girlfriend and had the most wonderful time. The atmosphere in the dining room for the Jazz Supper was so relaxing the food really really stunning (highly reccomend the scallops to start) and the selection of wines spot on. Very reasonalby priced for Chelsea and the little extras make for a thoroughly smashing time. I think it would be impossible for anyone to have a meal in the Ebury dining room and not leave all smiles!

The Ebury is excellent: great service and elegant atmosphere together with very good food. I adore it for Sunday roast as well as evening meal. A real pearl in Pimlico!

We went to this restaurant a few days ago and I don’t know where to start!

We arrived and our booking had been given away after being 5 mins late! I asked to speak with the manager but he/she never appeared! We then had to wait 45mins to be sat with not even a "sorry". When we were seated the waiter didn’t know some of the items on the menu, but we ordered anyway. My girlfriends dish arrived but mine did not. I waited for 5 mins then asked the waiter and they informed me that there was a mix up in the kitchen and now because of that the steak had run out and i would have to choose something else. There was more stuff that went on that night and not 1 thing was good except leaving the building. Whoever the Etridge brothers are you need to sort your self’s out, the management in this restaurant is micky mouse and the food is shockingly under par. I would be embarrassed if I were you!

I just returned from there today after a business lunch and had a most disappointing experience. It took the waitstaff over 30 minutes to take our orders and another 30 - 40 minutes for the appetizers to arrive. During that time there were no apologies for the slow service or an explanation for the lack of attention. The steak I ordered was likely the toughest and most flavorless piece of beef I have ever eaten in a restaurant. We were not given steak knives and it took some serious arm muscle to cut through the beef. On a positive note, the side dishes we ordered for the table were deftly prepared and the atmosphere was pleasurable. All in all, however, I would never recommend this restaurant to a friend or colleague as the food and service were such disappointments.

My wife and i went here last night on the 50% voucher. We booked for 8pm - they were packed so we were sat at the bar where we started on our bottle of wine.

We were seated at about 8.30 pm and had a terrific dinner. Both starters were terrific as were the main meals. Fresh bread was provided all night.

Despite the really very busy restaurant the waitstaff were very polite, attentive and to be honest faultless. We were not rushed and had a great evening.

2 terrific courses, a nice bottle of wine + service came in at just under £55. Great value.

I had lunch today at the Ebury restaurant with my boyfriend. We had salmon with beetroot pickles for starter and Pollack as the main dish. We were served bread and butter before ordering; fresh granary and simple bread with butter, which was very nice.

The starter fish texture was fresh and nice and beetroot was crunchy and delicious. The Pollack was lightly sautee with its light, creamy sauce with mussels, tiny pieces of carrot and courgette and nicely geometrically cut new potato. The sauce of the main dish was really great even on its own. The Pollack was really delicious, with fresh, melting in the mouth texture. We had cream brulee with vanilla ice cream and three small pieces of spicy fig jam. The dessert was heavenly.

The waiters were very polite and attentive and though the restaurant was not very busy, expectable at this time of the year, they did not take advantage to pester us. We did not order wine since my boyfriend was going back to work, however I checked the wine menu, which was impressive.

At the first glance the food menu did not look impressive however the food was really great. I think everything was perfect and the pricing was very reasonable as well. We definitely go back again.

For us The Ebury is the very best restaurant in Pimlico - we live in the area and know all that it has to offer.

The space is fab with a huge brasserie and bar on the ground floor and a great dining room on the first floor for jazz lovers and for those wanting a more relaxed and romantic evening.

We have now experienced both restaurants and on many occasions just the bar for drinks and can truly say that this place succeeds on every level - for couples, groups and singletons.

Amazing food and service and the bill at the end less than expected.

I am sorry that so many people are complaining about the slow service, but if you go to a restaurant to be served within 1/2 hour, you might as well go to Mc Donalds because that is all you are fit for !

Food is supposed to be enjoyed in good company and with good conversation, not rushed through your mouth and not even tasted.

I went to the Ebury yesterday evening for the first time with a couple of friends and I cannot praise high enough the service or the food.

The mise en bouche was lovely, the foie gras was exactly as it should be and I almost regretted not asking for two starters, and I have rarely tasted something as the lamb shoulder confit with jerusalem artichokes puree, and girolles. My friends were equally enthusiastic about their Chateaubriant and Cod with lentils puree.

As for desert, we went for cheesecake and lavendar pannacotta with passion fruit sorbet... Heathenly !!

Arrived at work this morning to sing the praises of this place, but warned them beforehand that if they were in a hurry, it was not the place to go, and nor should it be. It is made for a special evening with good friends, where the decoration, the music, and the food, enhance the pleasure to be together.
