Very poor considering the location. The restaurant is small and you are basically sitting on top of the people on the next table - no privacy at all. And of the "lounge" there is no sign!! The food was average and the service was the worst I have ever had in a restaurant anywhere - it took 15 minutes for a waiter to show up at our table, another 5 minutes to get a wine list and then needles to say - we were halfway through our starters before our wine arrived!! The wine is then kept in an ice bucket away from your table - you would think they will keep an eye on your glass - NO they don't - we had to call them over each time when our glasses were empty!
To top the poor service experience - the bill arrived - service included - I paid by card and was then asked if I would like to add a tip!! Overall NOT impressed with Mamounia Lounge and will not go back nor recommend it to anyone!

i think toptable booking don't get the full menu, but neverless the food was dire, specially for the price. my mixed grill (£19,00) consisted of about 4 pieces 0f chicken and lamb and 2 very small minced lamb sausage. but i wouldn't have minded if was tasty and hot!
the starter was the same, mine was pastillia, filo pastry stuffed with supposedly fish, prawn and calamari. it took all my strength to cut the pastry, which had a white paste that did not taste of anything.
the only thing we enjoy was the mint tea and my daughter birthday cake (which cost £42.00!a very small choc cake) which was bought from a cake shop!

the restaurant was not in use and instead, we have to stay in the bar at the entrance, which was quite ok but not what i was expecting, also the main door was completely open because wear on the door way some tables with people smoking shisha,we got then, all the wind of outside came in, and some table very close to the door were complaining about it.
we decide to order the starter and after the main, the starter came in time but wasn’t the same for the main, we wait 45 minutes and when we ask the waitress why, she sad that my main need lot of time to be ready but she didn’t mention anything when we made the order and she should. after that, which was all ready after 30 minutes we order, she came and tell my friend that the mash was finish and he have to choose another side for his steak.
When the food came every single plate was warm but not hot how we aspect from that type of restaurant, also the salad of my boyfriend main course was really old.
we decide to don’t take any dessert becasue we got already enough troubles and we want to go quickly.
before to pay we tell the waitress that we were really unhappy, because, we were waiting too long ,and, she answer that every single table was complaining and the only thing we could do is tell the manager but nothing else.

I have just returned from this restaurant and to be honest it was way below our expectation. I booked it with my friend as a surprise for our partners but unfortunately everything was spoiled.
We came there first and my friends were running late so we were sitting there for a while and no one came to us and offered anything to drink for at least 10 min.
Food was all wright although not as warm as u would expect.
On top of that we had to wait nearly 50min for our mains to arrive and the waiter told us that this Is due to the fact that duck breast "takes a while to cook" - a duck breast takes 15-20 min to be done not 50. On top of that after 30 min of waiting the waitress came over and told me that they have run out of mash - can u believe that - I'm as hungry as hell and they tell me that they don't have what I have ordered !!!!! At this point we were very close to leave the place...
Didn't stay for a dessert as we didn't want to wait for it!!!!!
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed. Pictures on the website do not reflect the reality in the restaurant. Looks glamorous but it isn't !!!! Stay away from this restaurant.

We went to this restaurant with some friends (4 of us in total). The restaurant is very nice albeit very cold because of door being left open and air con being on as well. This in addition brought into the restaurant all the smoke from the shisha being smoked on the terrace outside. Being from Lebanon and having eaten in many restaurants both in the UK and abroad, I thought the prices were high, however, it was in knightsbridge, so it was to be expected. The biggest shock, however, was when the mezze (starters) came, they were absolutely tiny, it was terrible. This restaurant is very very stingy with its portions its quite unbelievable. It is the worst Ive seen. If you are hungry and you want to eat, do not go here, you will order so many dishes to fill your stomach, you will eventually end up with a huge bill.
The restaurant is very nice and very well decorated, the toilets are very clean, the food is good, but I do feel they are ripping people of with the portions in relation to the prices they are charging.

Went to this place on a Wednesday night and I was really impressed with everything. The decor, layout and atmosphere were relaxing and appropriate. The service was attentive, thoughtful and even flirtatious. The menu's were great with the usual classics prepared and presented with perfection, as well as some nice looking fusions. Cocktails were bliss and the selection of lebanese wines reasonable. The only thing I didn't try was the sheeshas which look to die for. All of this was topped off with the 50% off Taste card we had, making it a real gem overall. Highly recommended.

Really nice place. If you really want to enjoy a shisha with cocktail it's the place to go.! Nice food as well.
The only thing is the timing table as it gets very busy!!! Hope they will have more tables soon on the roof for spring/summer.!!!

I had booked for 5 people for friends that were visiting. However, my friends hadn't told me that they had invited more people - 4 to be precise. It was a busy Friday night and although our table had doubled in size, and with half an hour's notice, they managed to accommodate us! It was a bit of a squeeze but we all found it hilarious. Great taste sensations with a variety of starters and main courses - our favourites were the stuffed vine leaves and the lamb tagine. The cocktails were fruity, the hummus was tangy, the staff were flirty and the atmosphere was lively!.... what more could you ask for lol?! Will surely go again. Great for birthdays and after work tapas. Atmosphere and food was great and in abundance. Recommended! *****

Mamounia lounge Knightsbridge is a state of the art, as i entered i was so impressed with the interior and the luxury furniture , looked nicely done, you could tell that everything was carefully hand picked.
I was there last weekend with few of my friends , we started off with few drinks, the staff were friendly and the service was good, i cant say enough about the food nothing can compare to the food is simply so good that you almost don't care about anything else. also i recommend the shisha as its by far the best shisha i have had in London...overall was a great night ,enjoyed it and will definitely go back again.
