Atrocious service , poor food & awful atmosphere. What a pity from a great location. I would never go there again. Only plus point was BYO corkage policy.

Adiva is a wonderful hidden gem. Relaxed atmosphere, great upbeat background music with welcoming and friendly staff. The food is delicious, excellent quality and fresh. Very good value for money as you can bring your own alcohol. Makes a nice change to all the typical surrounding restaurants.

Advia is a nice restaurant and the food is good enough - albeit the mezze which accompanies the set menu is on the small side, and not what we are used to in a Middle Eastern restaurant.
Nevertheless, what lets this restaurant down is the TERRIBLE customer service. One of our party ordered the lamb shank for his main and was given the lamb shawarma instead. He complained and asked for what he had ordered, only to be told by the waiter that he had ordered the shawarma, not the shank, and would have to make do.
We complained again and this time the manager came over, who was utterly RUDE. He suggested that my friend had tried the shawarma, not liked it and then decided he would like the shank instead, and try to blag to the waiter that is what he ordered. We were also told that the money would have to be taken from the young waiter's wages in an effort to make us feel guilty.
Eventually the meal was changed, but the way in which the waiting staff dealt with this problem was such a shame and put a downer on our night. If a waiter makes a mistake with an order, they should change the dish, end of, and not suggest it is the customer at fault. The attitude of the manager was particularly awful and certainly not conducive to providing customers with a nice evening. We would not recommend anyone to go to Adiva.

My mate booked Adiva restaurant for a catch up, what a great choice! We went on a friday so it had a good atmosphere and was great fun. The staff were so helpful and recommended excellent food for both of us, especially my friend who is a strict vegetarian, this retaurant is good for veggies compared to other middle eastern places. It's very good value as it's byo alcohol and theres no service charge but the service was prompt friendly and attentive bearing in mind the waiting staff seemed very busy, so a well deserved tip was left. Both our foods was so tasty I had the Adana Kofta, which is perfectly seasoned without being to overbearingly spicy and my mate had Moussakke (the best she has eaten!), my starter of sambousek lahme was nice and light, hers was lentil kofta again seasones well and fresh, usually not one for cold starters but this was a winner. Adiva is really good for couples or large groups as it's a big dinning area. This place is worth a visit.

Rubbish!
We have been many times in Adiva everything was great but at the last time we visit, I 've never had such bad service in my life...I asked 2 times to open my wine and end of the starter he took our wine from the table..after while he brought our wine with silence saying nothing....Why he took wine?..to open!..His knowledge of menu was so bad he couldnt explain mussakka..Food was delicious but their attitude so weird.....I know the manager we chat him many times, i looked him and walked around to say something I think he took off day while was restaurant busy or at the office, basically he left us with untrained person who cant handle the task....my intention was not payin whole amount of bill however my fiance will drop in one day to tell what happened....He didn't charge water and byo but i dont think cover whole bad service..definitely we won't come back!!!..

Adiva Restaurant was fantastic, with friendly but not intrusive service, great fresh tasting food (recommend Adana Kofta! and to finish just-right Baklava and Mint Tea!), the portions are big but you can take away so none wasted, the BYO makes this place very good value for money esp if you on a budget. The decor is really warm and unstated which is nice for a change. Nice find highly recommend!

I went with my friends last night on my wife's birthday. Place is beautiful but service was just average. Food was so bad as none of my friend seem to enjoy it. But they had some as to be polite. I feel I wasted my money as they charge me £200+ for ten of us. Portions were really small and tasteless. Hummus didn't taste like Hummus at all, even tesco do better Hummus than them. rest of the food was without any taste and cold. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, Maroush is 1000 times better than this.

We went the Adiva on wednesday night with our friends for chill out ...manager gave us warm welcome and spoken restaurant's authentic design. Many of their food on the menu Turkish dishes and makes frsh, we'd followed his advice and I had Adana which is spicy but not burning your tongue it was delicious..Finally he brought baklava which i ve never had Turkish dessert in london..Absolutely was fantastic I will come back with my guest again..
End of the night he made couple of Turkish coffe by his hand was lit bit strong and explain how is made proper Turkish coffee..He is so chatty and knows culture of food, I will come back on his free time to talk deeply.
They charge £1.50 corkage and no service charge, toilets needs to get prepared before customer arrive.

I went to this resturant on sat night and absolutely loved it!..im not usually a fan of lebanese/turkish cuisine but the food has converted me. our meal was served promptly and tasted v.nice.. the service was warm, friendly, resonably priced and our waitress was very knowledgeable about the items on the menu..the ambience of the resturant is lovely and relaxed with beautiful lanterns and carved wooden tables..
I will definately be revisitng the resturant and recommending it to others..

Adiva: a welcoming, authentic and purely pleasurable dining experience. Upon entering the restaurant you are captivated by the beautiful decor, you are soon distracted by the attentive waiters who welcome you as if they've always known you. Seated in the lush booths, eagerly anticipating my meal, I was pleasantly surprised by my starter (Sambousek Jebnah Sabanegh - to die for!) and main (Iskender Kebab - delicious) - proper food - fresh with authenticity in every bite. Food is grilled and therefore satisfies all those on a 'healthy eating' plan. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble; my friends and I were completely lost in time and they never hinted at the fact that they were actually closed! Lastly, it is excellent value for money - a wonderful evening out that doesn't break the bank. I think this restaurant is a true gem, I cannot fault it. Get booking!
