ok so yes it took a while to get served but if the previous reviewer went on Friday then it was the launch party duh... sure it'll be speedier on non-massive-event nights
menu looked awesome (wood oven pizzas and more) had some nice free nibbles def going back to scope it out on a quieter night!
as for the decor if you're bored of minimalist bars and 'warehouse' spaces then you at least get something more quirky looking here

AVOID THIS BAR LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I can only assume the person who wrote the previous review for this place works for the bar or their PR company, as this place was a nightmare. The gimmicky 'aren't-we-crazy?' decor was faintly interesting, but it consistently took ages (and I mean at least half an hour) to get served, and the cocktails weren't even that good at the end of it (some were served with a ladel out of a bucket - why have a cocktail on the menu if the staff apparently don't know how to mix it?). This made for a really angry atmosphere.
Also, I was served by the bar manager on both of the occasions I visited the bar, and he was the rudest member of bar staff I have ever encountered - he served people out of turn, and after my half an hour in the queue, made out he was doing me a massive favour to even serve me at all when I complained about it. The music was also far too loud from the speakers where I was sat, and the food expensive and average at best, utterly tasteless and greasy at worst. I was excited about a new place opening in Kilburn, but this is awful, and even though it is on my doorstep, I won't be going back.

I had no clue about the opening of this place and just walked in on a whim. IT IS AMAZING!!!! Atmosphere is to die for with the fun chandeliers made of old lampshades and the strings of birdcage lights. The drinks are fantastic and pretty reasonably priced. The food was slamming and the staff was all smiles and incredibly friendly. I live in the area and this place is definitely my new spot.
