I found this restaurant to be excellent value, with good food and good service. I went there with my family to have a pre-theatre meal and when we got there the restaurant was busy and buzzing. We were there on a special promotion deal of £10 for 3 courses and were very pleased with the quality and services of the food. The waiters were very professional and efficient. This was particularly important as we got there just after 6.40pm and had only a short time in which to have our meal as our show started at 7.30pm. I told them that when we got there and they said that having all 3 courses in that time would be no problem at all and that is exactly how it turned out. We had a great experience and would highly reccommend this restaurant for its food and service.

Attempted to visit this restaurant on 2 separate occasions. We made reservations well in advance however when we arrived we were told that our table was not yet ready and were asked to wait at the bar for 15 minutes. After 30 minutes we were told that it would be another 15 minutes. After waiting for an hour, our table was still not ready and we left.

If this was a one-off incident then I would not leave this type of feedback however this happened to us twice within a week. On the 2nd occasion we made our reservation for 6:30pm so that we could catch the first sitting but yet we were still made to wait.

Not worth the visit. Customer service was extremely poor. You are better off trying one of the other many options available nearby.

Quite appalling. Overpriced, table not ready, food very poor, service sub-standard.

Had better meals in Pizza Hut... we left hungry.

Again, another pre-theater victim. Service was appallingly bad. Food was terrible. Avoid this place like the plague.

Twice asked for the mushrooms we ordered.

Took the cost of my meal off then overcharged for the service (£71!!!!!!!!!)

Four of us fell into this restaurant last night. £18 fish not fresh but frozen, cheapest bottle of screw top wine £22....overpriced, small portions, rip off prices..catering to tourists who won't come back-probably to London now, but we are 4 Londoners who won't go back either....Next time I'll fall not into this place, but on the the street, will be far more satisfying.

Absolutely awful. Ordered the mussels to start - cold. Ice cold. Sent back and re-ordered the carpaccio instead. Cold starter. Hot plate. Weird. Time for the main - Cornish crab linguine. Ice cold on the outside, boiling hot on the inside. Microwaved? Sent it back and re-ordered an aubergine pasta. Thought it best to play it safe and stay away from the seafood!

The couple next to us said they have just had the worst experience of their lives. Sent back their mains three times.

I don't know, maybe it was an off day? They were nice about me sending back the food, didn't create a fuss whatsoever. Are they used to it? Who knows, good luck if you go, there are a few good reviews... I'll not go back again.

A complete disaster, really disappointing!!!

I am back from a terrible evening at Little Sicily: the service is slow, and the food is terribly poor!

My husband and I have got TasteCard (70GBP/year); that means that, according to the official website related to Little Sicily advert, you can order anything you want at this restaurant and get 50% off the food.

When we called to book the table, they asked us to order at least a main course and a dessert per person. Ok... by the way we would have ordered the dessert... or at least we hoped! Our table was a small round table where you could barely lean the plate. My penne alla siciliana (12GBP) and my husband's riso AL profumi di bosco (18GBP roughly) were overcooked and blend!!!

After the first course, we have been completely abandoned for 50 min, so I begged a waitress to give us the dessert menu, but unfortunately again we had to wait for 30 minutes more! After complaining, we obtained the "precious" menu, but again.... abandoned! After 45 minutes I informed another waiter that we wanted to leave the restaurant. "But we can try to bring you the dessert quickly...!" - "No, thanks."

I requested the bill, but again we had to wait, and wait, and wait...

20 GBP roughly, thanks to Tastecard (3.75 GBP for 1 bottle of water - they do not apply any discount on it)

As my husband wanted to pay with his credit card, we still had to wait for another waiter who could find a machine which did work (the first one they used declined the payment. The waiter informed my husband: "you do not have sufficient credit on your account!") Simply ridiculous!!! Probably he saw us wearing blue jeans and may have thought we did not deserve any attention at all, I do not know, just guessing!

By the way, after a few minutes, finally we could pay for a terrible evening. When I complained with the waiter (the one who suspected my husband had less than 20 quid in bank) about the poor food and the slow service - he asked me! - his answer was: "Sorry about that, I hope the rest of the evening is better"

Avoid unless you want nuisance calls and texts for the rest of your life.

When I go out, what I want is something to eat - not non-stop hassle and advertising that I can't stop. Be warned - they will drive you mad. Avoid them!
