OVER THE LAST 2 WEEKS WE AS A FAMILY HAVE BEEN TO HISAR 4 TIMES,2 VISITS WERE TO CELEBRATE MY UNCLES BIRTHDAY AND THE OTHER ONE WAS MY OWN BIRTHDAY,NOT ONLY THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT BUT THE SERVICE AND ALL THE THINGS THEY PREPERD FOR ME BEFORE HAND, THEY MADE MY TABLE UP WITH FRESH FLOWERS AND CONFETTI,BALLONS AND BANNERS WITH MY NAME WAS PUT ON THE WALL.,MUSIC WAS PLAYED AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY WAS SANG TO ME,THE STAFF AT HISAR ARE PERFECT,THEY MAKE YOU FEEL SO WELLCOME AND AT HOME,THANK YOU TO ALL AT HISAR AND THANK YOU FOR MY CARD,I RECOMEND HISAR IF YOU WANT YOUR SPECIAL DAYS TO BE MADE ONE TO REMEMBER.THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF ONCE AGAIN.

we tried hisar out with my daughter and sister inlaw , the place is spotless. Great atmosphere and very welcoming. ,service was excellent and food out of this world,food is so nice that it has to be tried so you can judge for your self, the place is spotless. and very welcoming,we went back again 3 days later and again was very impressed,so impressed that we booked to go back for my twin brothers birthday,there was 11 of us,when we got there a table was set out with fresh flowers,flower petals and confetti on the tables,ballons hanging from the ceiling and birthday banners on the wall,this was all done by the compliments of hisar,when it was time to bring in the cake a happy birthday cd was played which was really lovley,the waiter that had been waiting on us hand and foot brought the cake over to our table,it was absulutley amazing,traditional music was played for us which was very nice too.i would like to thank all the staff especially our waiter who gave us a very good service,also a big thank yu to the manageress who had arranged it all for us,PS WE ARE GOING BACK THIS WEEKEND ,AS WE HAVE BOOKED A TABLE FOR 14 FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY,I WOULD RECOMEND HISAR ANY TIME,ALSO PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE.

Me and my partner love this place. You're always guaranteed a tasty, good value, meal that's freshly prepared if you choose one of their grilled specialities. I always have to have the Tavuk Beyti which is a freshly chargrilled kebab of minced seasoned chicken wrapped in a pitta and covered in yoghurt and sauce - absolutely delicious. We always comment on how fresh the side salads are which come as part of the main and the free olives and chargrilled pitta bread they give you to start is a big bonus. There is always a great atmosphere due to the place always being full and the service is second to none. I really can't fault this restaurant. There are far more expensive and pretentious gastropubs and restaurants around the East Dulwich area which I've tried but this place comes out on top every time. Well recommended, give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

Discovered this restaurant completely by accident, and what a find... the food is A+ and the service is excellent, a 3 course meal for two people came to 50 pounds... will definitely be going again...

service is very professional very polite and nicely spoken. went for friends birthday and i also went their for amy birthday. Very lovely food. you can watch them as the indoor grill fixated and smell of the exquisite kebab and very nice meze all types of starters and pleasant calm space open to family or romantic quiet soft music playing.
