Ambience is a bit formica-table and vinyl-chair plain. Service almost too eager-to-please. Struck as markedly clean.
Usual lengthy Indian menu with pretty much everything.
Food well presented, flavourful, but I have a lingering sense of "everything the same" - maybe that was just a consequence of what we ordered, have to try something different next time. Only downside a hard rather than unctuous paratha.
Was bit put off by the steady stream of takeaway collections (maybe a sign that the restaurant is doing well, but it intrudes on the in-house dining experience).

My partner kept raving on about how amazing the biryanis and food in general was but I always refused to believe him, as a fan of Indian food, I had been thee five that with most of them so to me this place wasn't a big deal until he took Mr there on our first valentines together and I ordered the famous chicken biryani which was AMAZING-TO DIE FOR-TASTY etc. I literally finished it all.
This is one place I recommend to all my friends and family I go there nearly once a month and it just gets better. The service is brilliant, everyone adjusts to your needs (for most if you that have read some of the other reviews about them not serving alcohol- I think its a brilliant idea, the food wouldn't taste the same and you do not need alcohol to enjoy Kadiris- no offence to anyone)..
Again atmosphere, the decor is lovely, very quiet and peaceful. Yes prices are abit 'wow' but for what the food is worth its good.
Hmm craving it already- lucky for me dinner tommorow-kadiris??? Yes please :)

Simply amazing. The food was delicious. The best Indian I have ever had. I do not know why I have not been to this restaurant before considering it is on my doorstep!!! I will definitely be back very soon. The food was out of this world.

This is by far one of my favourite Indian restaurants in London. The service is wholesome and friendly, never failing to make you feel welcome and the food is fantastic. Ask anyone about Kadiri's and they will rave about the famous Biryanis. I also hear you can do a bit of celebrity spotting in the restaurant...but I am yet to see someone I recognise!!!

A family run restaurant which has been established for well over 40yrs. The food is exquisite. The menu is extensive with a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. You can taste each and every spice in their dishes. Being Indian we love this restaurant because of its authentic dishes as well as the new innovations by the chef. The staffs are friendly & accommodating. The new desserts are amazing and not heavy like other Indian sweets/desserts. We always have an amazing time here.

The food's good here. The service is cheerful and professional. The restaurant is small, but clean and neat and tidy.
They don't serve alcohol which is fair enough, but a problem for me as I love a beer with a curry (I know I'm a philistine...) and my wife isn't a curry fan so without the lure of a glass of wine it's unlikely I'll get her back in Kadiri's. It's a shame they don't do deliveries (though they do do take outs).
The butter chicken's pretty excellent, and as other posters have mentioned the biriyani is epic.
Not cheap but not expensive.

While I think Kadiri's biryani is the best I've had....the price has now become far too expensive for the average working class person unless it's a special treat, which wouldn't be very often. It used to be so reasonably priced that you wouldn't choose to eat good biryani anywhere else. I used to eat there every few weeks, wont be doing so again for a long time!!! What a shame. Hope they don't become a victim of their own success??!

the food is delicious and there is quite a menu to choose from!! a must when I come to London!! If you have a chance try the meat samosas with that sprinkle of lime..delicious!!
only down aspect are the location (willesden) that is quite periferal and the place is really really small and even though it is very clean, it's not that beautiful!
But anyway its the food I''m interested in and that gets a 10!!

it is obvious that the restaurant is one of the best Indian restaurants in London. I have been to many places to dine out with my family, however this restaurant is where i feel at home. I discovered from a nice waiter that this restaurant actually was founded 35 years ago by Mr Jamal Kadiri who used to be a teacher of Indian cuisine in one of London colleges. I advise to book a table before you go there because the restaurant is usually packed, especially at the weekends.
