Thai Buffet

I went for a walk along upper street in isliington as i dont live far from here with a girlfriend. As we talked and walked we came across this fabulous thai resturant which looked extrememly inviting with many people inside. Taking this into consideration we returned on friday with our partners and friends. Greeted coldly as we entered, we were told we had to make sure to leave by 9 as another party would be entering (truth be known there were many tables at this time and no way there wouldnt be room at 9 pm for 30 others-i hate how resturants say this so we think ourselves lucky to be there) in anycase we grabbed a table, ordered drinks and entrees. Entrees were divine, cocktails not very nice at all, and the mains tasted very nice for what they were. In saying this for someone who doesnt eat Chilli and asks the waitress if the green chicken curry is hot, and being assured it is not at all, like my friend did. You would be pretty confident it wont be, but as we found out the hottest dish on the table turned out to be the green chicken curry. The staff there need to have a lesson with the chef on hot, medium and mild.. We would like to be told correct and reliable informaiton, Honestly we are from Australia and we lilke it Hot, just when we want it that way!!!

The food was fresh and tasty and this restaurant is well reccommended for £8 a head (including all you can eat, a drink and a tip).
It also left you with the feeling that you haven't eaten fast food. Will definitely go back again
