Zizzi (Hampton Court)

This place was good when it opened but has been on a slope since some management changes I presume.

The service is particularly bad, we had to leave after 30 minutes waiting for a menu and to be offered a drink. Don't bother going there!

The pizza was not great which is a surprise as I usually trust Zizzi but here the service was absolutely appalling. Despite being seen by the waiters, it took them 10 minutes for taking our order. The drinks were not cold.

Popped in for lunch one Sunday afternoon and had a pleasant experience. Staff were friendly and efficient, portion sizes were generous and food was really rather good.

Worth visiting after touring Hampton Court Palace!
