Well, they do have great food ovre there, but i wouldn't say the same about their staff. Last time i went there i got the worst service possible. The General manager, Amanda her name, had no manners at all, she was really rude.

I Loved the wines and desserts, i had the Alasia dry muscat white wine and the delicious italian home-made tiramisu, terrific!

3 times is not a charm!

Similar experience - Although thankfully sized down, I have still the same disregard for this 'restaurant'.

I had been when they had the seating area - once with a friend who had the misfortune to order a burger and me a pizza. Both arrived at almost the same time aside from the fact the burger was cold inside!

Visiting a second time (giving it a chance) 3 visited for a meal to test yet again the ability to offer what is offered. 2 pizza'a and 1 burger. Unbelievably, my pizaa arrived without the other items and i therefor had to begin. By the time I had fi nished my Pizza and feeling rather embarressed the other 2 meals had not arrived!

Amazingly, I gave them one last go when they shut the restaurant side - thank god. Delivery pizza - that cant go wrong? Pizza was not great, and, they can't be bothered to slice it for you - I suppose I shouldn't have expected anything else - a truely bad experience.

With such a high average rating across all categories, I was expecting quite a culinary treat. Unfortunately I was served the most bland pizza I have ever tasted, with the toppings doing little to add any flavour. In addition the pizza base was completely soggy, which was in stark contrast to the dry crisp garlic bread (topped with raw garlic).

They are trying to make authentic Italian pizzas but I think the stalls in Leceister Square do a better job!

Rude staff, uncomfortable and cramped interior, and poor Pizzas (often problems: order taken wrong, soggy bases, wrong toppings etc.)

It's just not worth it, but still remains popular with the trendy locals (although I highly suspect there may be an epedemic of taste-bud death going round the area!)

I had two deliveries from this place on consecutive days and both times they were exceptionally quick, very fresh, and extremely tasty. Great relief from the normal run of the mill deliveries in my area. Keep up the good work...

Like many other Italians I go crazy for pizza, and this is one of the only few places in London where I could taste something close to the real thing. There must be a reason why everytime i eat there, there's always at least another group of connationals. I never had reasons to complain about the service, i always found capable waiters and managers, but in any case I think that the number one reason why i go to Pizzateca and i recommend it to everyone is that THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS.

I wouldn't recommend Pizza Teca to anyone who likes a goot topping and friendly helpful staff. Everythign in this restaurant seems to take ages to prepare especially if oyu dare and choose something with grilled meat....chances are you will not be able to see it on the table before you really get tired of waiting. I went there with my friends and we wanted a quick bite. it wasnt quick, it wasnt good and the staff were rude and unfriendly. it's nto worht the money and time you spend there. Oh yes if you dont like running kids, shouting and screaming don't go there.
