The Disappearing Dining Club have opened a one table supperclub-style restaurant in Old Street. Head Chef Maxine Brady is half-Belgian, French taught and has been cooking Modern European food in London for ten years, most recently looking after the kitchens at Oxo Tower and Giant Robot in Clerkenwell.
