The food is (barely) passable but the service is so bad its not even rude, just unpleasant. Added to that, items we ordered and that didn't even turn up were added back onto the bill, even after we checked that they would not be. The management treat customers like an inconvenience and seem irradiated by simple questions. We will never go back. AVOID.

The service is great in this restaurant. This is the best Korean restaurant I've ever been to.

I found the service great - they answered all the questions we had and suggested dishes as we had never eaten Korean food before. The food was delicious and am going back with my whole family as a farewell for my daughter who is off to Australia

I went to many korean restaurants not only in uk, i am not korean but for the food it was really nice ,an authentic korean restaurant, about the service it was good compared to the pojamacha or the assa in the same street and the quality was muuuuch better. If i come back to london i'll go back there for sure.

Sorry to hear the prev reviewer had such a bad experience but the food in this eatery is the best in London. I agree service is not their strong point, but judging by the amount of Koreans there, this is the place for authentic dishes.

Bolgogi and Bibimbap never disappoint but I wont bother with Korean beer. Its cheap & cheerful, and a little studenty, but it's reliably busy.

Food is average but the service was really AWFUL, however, they were cheeky enough to put 10% service charge on top of the bill so we decided not to pay the "service (that we did not receive at all) charge". Then one of the waiters swore at us when he collected the bill. He knows nothing about customer service but at least he knows how to swear in English. Never go back there again.

I ate there tonight. The service was friendly and very prompt. No problems at all.

I ate a bibimbap served in a hot stone bowl. It was very good - one of the best versions of this Korean staple which I've had in London. And cheap too.

I was the only non-Korean in the restaurant - and that has to be a good sign! The atmosphere and decor certainly reminded me of Korea more than any other Korean restaurant in London which I have visited.

A very enjoyable meal. I shall be back to try their bulgogi BBQ.
