I really feel that this restaurant is over rated having been there a few times now.The food is average and on last visit the food had obviously been put in the microwave because it literally burnt my mouth which no gas stove could ever reach that temparature. Also I ordered a mushroom rice which was about 4 dessert spoons full this is pretty poor. The Sweet Lemon is a very average for a pricey restaurant.

This is the only place to go for an indian. We travel over 8 miles to collect our takeaway from here, as this restaurant knocks spots off anything we have locally!

I can recomment the Nawabi Murgh Stick...Heaven on a plate!

The food is excellent. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Cosy atmosphere. Without a doubt this is the best Indian restaurant in the area.

We have been going to the Sweet Lemon since it first opened and take all our friends there when they visit. One friend from North Wales quotes it as her favourite restaurant! Try the Lamb Paprikash - I thought I'd died and gone to Heaven!

What a splendid little restaurant! Have tried to find a decent Indian restaurant in this area for ages and then we found the Sweet Lemon, excellent everything especially the fish special starters!

We dont go anywhere else these days We have even convinced our 7 year old to have chickrn tikka nuggets ,our 11 year old is now very grown up and enjoys the butter chicken.We have never had a bad meal here .The staff are always polite and attentive.Nothing is ever too much bother and you are always greeted at the door and let out by one of the fantastic waiters .

The manager Mo is always around running a tight ship and ensuring that you will have a great night.

great food ,great staff and easy to park
