Viva La Vida

Passed this restaurant so many times and kept on saying I am definately going to have a meal there soon. Finally got to go last night and was pleased with the food and drink so much so that I want to go there again very soon (might even go again toniight.

My fiance had the bbq chicken and ribs with salad and rice which was so tastey. It is very rear for him to say that something he is eating is nice and he did last night. I had the chicken with pinapple, rice and salad, which was lovely.

The drinks were really nice too. We both had non alcoholic cocktails which were, in a word, superb.

They have a bar that looks so impressive. It reminded me of when myself and finace went to a bar in Dominica.

Thoroughly recomment this place. Great food and drink, good service, lovely decor, really nice and clean. What more could you possibly want from a restaurant.

This a fantastic place. Food is really authentic and tasty. The prices are good. And the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Simon the owner - top marks to him for creating a real oasis in upper edmonton! Wide variety of food. Kids menu. Special offers. Happy hours. Large TV for footy! Its got it all.....had many visits here and recommending it to everyone! Thanks viva la vida!

We had a great night at Viva La Vida. The food was very authentic and tasty, delicious cocktails and a lovely atmosphere. Something that is very different from everything else in the area. Best of all we went on a friday night so partied till 2am. Prices are also very reasonable too.

What a gem of a place! I soon forgot that I was still in Edmonton. For the price I paid, I was well impressed. There were 9 of us including kids and we were all trying each others dishes and everything was good. The staff really looked after us and were really flexible with the kids orders which makes a real difference. Love the salsa music and the cocktails while you wait for your food.

Overall, I think this is a great little place and I would definitely recommend it.
