The Gunmakers

My husband and I went there for Sunday lunch recently. We expected gastro food for the money we were charged. What we actually got was the sort of pub food that gave pub food a bad name in the 1970s.
Tinned veg
Packet gravy
Soggy roast potato
If they were selling this as pub food at standard pub prices you would be unimpressed but wouldn't feel robbed. Now that The Gunmakers holds itself out as a Gastro Pub and charges prices accordingly we expect more and will NOT be going back.

A cosy, warm pub off the beaten track in the otherwise bustling centre of London. A decent pint and exquisite food to match, this is definitely a place to watch out for.
