Grappolo Ristorante & Bar

I used to come to this restaurant 2-3 times a week when it was Bertorellis. After the change I must day I'm less than impressed. The menu is still decent, and the staff pleasant. However the service seems to be tending toward the pizza express kind of experience, where you're served a beverage and main in the first 20 mins, and are then cast to the service wastelands, hoping in vain to catch a glimpse of a dessert menu, another drink, or in desperation, the bill. I've twice been late back to work due to this. I don't think there will be a third time!
