The Muffin Man

On our honeymoon we popped in for "a bit of something" -- we enjoyed cheese scones, a green salad, and peppermint tea. Because this lunch stop was a part of an extended walk we found it immensely relaxing and momentous -- thank you!

I did stay at 5, Cheniston Gardens, i.e. across the street to The Muffin Man from 22/9/2010 till 8/10/2010. Once in a while, I did have my breakfast of tuna muffin and coffee there. The ambience was good, the food excellent and the price was fair.

I could see the Muffin Man from my flat's window and it was always full of customers.

I do recommend visitors to London to have their breakfast/lunch or just afternoon tea at The Muffin Man.

While living in London The Muffin Man was our neighborhood cafe and we stopped by for a bite or take away almost every day. From the first day the owner, George and the staff treated us like family and quickly became good friends. Our three year old was 'adopted' by the beautiful Lilly and developed a very warm and genuine relationship with George and his grandson as well.

The food was always good, the staff tremendously warm and friendly and the restaurant cozy and inviting.

Going to The Muffin Man is like a great big hug.

Whenever we visit London we always finish our trip with a visit to The Muffin Man. The food is excellent and good value for money. Well worth a visit.
