Delicious Food, the onion rings were extremely tasty especially when dipped in the sweet chilly and sour cream dip. Milkshakes were yummy! Service was friendly and the staff was attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit. We will definitely be back, more than likely on a Monday when the offer a fine 2 4 1 in the evening. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Sides (handcut chips and tempura onion rings) were overly oily/greasy - the batter used for the onion rings was not light enough and shouldn't have been called tempura. They were more like the heavier batter on Chinese takeaway pineapple fritters.
Burgers were "fine" as in "passable" if a little small and overly seasoned with pepper. Bun also started to disintegrate in my hands so I had to resort to using the cutlery.
Overly priced dips - we hardly made a dent given the small portions for the sides.
Staff didn't really care - made a joke to our waitress about not having a candle like the other tables and she didn't take the hint, just went about her business. The guy with the Asian 'hip' haircut who acted like he might be one of the more senior staff members didn't ask us about our meal until we asked for the bill. And when my partner said "passable" he didn't question us further. Got the impression that he didn't really care what we thought. However, we noticed that he asked the couple sitting next to us about their meal just after there food had been brought to the table - to be honest, they didn't look like they were the sort of people who would have cared! My partner didn't think much of their "handpicked" staff (from their marketing blurb).
Adding on the 12.5% gratuity automatically to the bill was a bit rude in my opinion.
Wouldn't go back - it's overpriced for what it is and certainly doesn't deserve to use "fine" in its company name unless "fine" means "okay" or "passable" rather than "gourmet" or "high quality". I'd imagine that it probably gets a lot of business from locals who can't be bothered to travel a bit further out for decent food but are quite happy to walk down the road for passable food. As for my partner and me, we'd rather travel a bit further for good food over atmosphere and marketing blurb any day.

We went on Saturday night at about 8pm. I was suprised to see on one couple with two young children in the restaurant. It soon became apparent why. The burgers were absolutely cremated. The lovely Italian manager could not have been lovelier and did her best to sort things out, buying us a beer and a coffee. She was trying really hard but was sorely let down by an incompetent "burger flipper". In the time we were there, nobody else came in for a table the whole time!

The burgers in here were great and the service was very good, even though it was obvious they were understaffed. There is a 10% service charge which you can actually refuse to pay. The waitress serving us (who said she was leaving the job) did a fine job. She told us that the staff only get a tiny percentage of the service charge, so we didn't pay it and tipped her in cash.

I've been to the Fine Burger Company a few times now. The burgers and milkshakes are really good. Staff are friendly and it is non smoking.
Only downside is that it can be monopolized by families with kids at the weekend.

I've been to the Fine Burger Company a number of times and always thought the food was excellent and the service friendly and efficient.
The only exception to this was an unusually busy Thursday evening when the kitchen and waiting staff were overstretched, but they were extremely apologetic throughout and ended up giving us the entire meal for free to apologise.
The burgers are really tasty and on a par with larger chains like the Gourmet Burger Kitchen. In my opinion the side dishes and drinks exceed the quality of GBK's offering - plus the waiting staff come to your table and take your order (at around £9 a burger at GBK I think making you go to the counter to order is slightly taking the mick!)
I'd definitely recommend the FBC to anyone and try to visit any time I'm in the area.

Great burgers...the portions are huge (I'm a big eater and was fully satisfied with the children's portion!) and they do a great cocktail.
Try it for a hand made burger with a difference!

The Fine Burger Co. is a great place for a quick bite to eat...everybody I've ever been with has had a great meal, the milkshakes are to die for, and although it's never as packed as some of the surrounding restaurants, it's a guaranteed v.filling evening!
