Following the success of their West End and City restaurants, the Goodman team have opened a third steakhouse in Canary Wharf.

Not as good as the Maddox Street Goodman. The steak was all right, but was too salty.

went to Goodman in canary wharf with 2 work colleagues. decor in the restaurant is great. staff were really nice and friendly. We got a nice round table against the wall with comfee soft leather chairs. starters were average. for mains we all got steaks. I had the sirloin. We got chips and creamed spinach and mac and cheese. The steaks were really nice (strong flavour and very tender). The mac and cheese was a bit too rich, as was the creamed spinach.

Would give the food a solid 7 out of ten. however it was about 50 pounds a head with no desserts. Its way overpriced unfortunetly. The steak is superb. the rest of the food in there is average. I prefer Gaucho for the experience really (and the food as well to be honest)

Just eaten in the new Canary Wharf Goodman and it was pretty good.  The steaks are cooked in a Spanish Josper grill which gives them a fantastic perfectly cooked crispy coating. The creamed spinach was to die for. The staff were also very eager to please. I was disappointed to find out that USDA graded beef was only of 'Select' level rather than the much more sought after 'Prime'. It is the USDA Prime steak that most food critics and bloggers have praised the other two Goodmans for, so check before reserving if you're wanting the steak of your life. They assured me that it's only due to the current time of year and they'll be getting prime in soon. In general though, this place knocks the socks off Gaucho and, in my opinion, is currently the best restaurant in Canary Wharf.
