Over priced tasteless burgers, kids like it because it's burger and chips, they would be just as happy in McDonald's - but this is the middle class version for families with too much money then sense.

Waitress rudely told us we had to wait outside the restaurant for our table. It was cold & windy so we just left & walked up the road to Cattle Grid instead. You should never make your customers wait outside; treated us like peasants. Appalling.

Not a fan of this place, very noisy and full of screaming kids - so hardly a relaxed eating experience. It's essentially McDonalds dressed up. My fries were stone cold, and burger was like something from an airport lounge. Not impressed. Gourmet Burger opposite is so so much better. Thinking of trying? Don't bother.
