Wagamama (Westfield Stratford)

This is a horrible place to be having anything! Staff is forever complaining of customers to one another (overheard them of course) nothing comes in time! Hopeless service!!!! Never visiting again!

Second visit to this branch, service is not the best especially when it is busy during peak times. It is relatively expensive "fast food" with table service. The food does not come out together for a table, so some people end up waiting while others are eating.This is usual in all Wagamama branches.

Was made worse today by the waitress getting the order wrong and missing out one of the main dishes for one out of four. It was rectified after waiting 15 minutes and asking.. They don't even check that everybody has their food. Poor.

Wagamama is great. Welcome to see it in East London!

I usually had to go to the West End, so enjoy food there. (Incidently avoid the Canary Wharf branch, as on two occasions it was a disaster).

I have been to the Westfield branch twice and it has been great both times....

You can sit inside or outside for a view of shopping mall.
