Visited Olive three years ago - great food, for sure you won't be going home hungry. The plates come fully loaded and if you can clean up you will be stuffed. The atmosphere is a little quiet for my liking, however we did eat early on. The downside of the service was that Olive only took cash, no cheques or cards - this may have changed - not sure.
Olive is open all day as a cafe and I'm reliably informed that the breakfast is good too which reminds me, I must give it a try.....

Excellent, definately the best cafe/restaurant in the hornsey area!!!
The Rice and salad with a meal is an excellent choise, especially the lamb chops. Great atmosphere and the lady who works there is such a star!

olive is a fantastic cafe with the most friendliest service. ME and my family usually go there every saturdays and sundays and although they are extremely busy the best service is always given. I would definatly reccomend their lamb shanks.

Olive Cafe is a fantastic little cafe. the food is cheap, good quality, and always served in extra large portions. During the week it's a tradesman's delight, serving breakfasts of any combination you could imagine. On weekends, the friendly atmosphere of this family business brings us back time and time again. The Chicken sis is fantastic! I'm always getting in trouble for not finishing my food, Olive can be a bit of a mother in that respect, but I love that she cares. and honestly, who could finish one of those meals! I definitely recommend it for a quick, friendly and affordable lunch.

Myself and a friend are regualr visitors to this cafe. We always go for lunch and never quite manage to spend more then about £10 each even with serveral beers and massive amounts of food! The food is really tasty and well cooked, simple but nice. And there is always lots of it! Service is lovely and friendly. This is the best cafe in Hornsey/Crouch End area and the menu has something for everyone. We love it!

Lovely cafe/restaurant! Very good value for money,we can reccommend the king prawns and lamb chops - massive portions for an incredibly cheap price. Friendly staff and quick service. Atmosphere could be a bit more cosy though.

We love this place, although it hasn't been opening in the evenings for several months. It is definitely better than an upmarket cafe at night - the most enormous portions of great food for not very much money - we have yet to finish a portion of anything due to size. Great choice, attentive and personal service, the freshest greek salad in London and the cafe's not bad either!
