Urbanbite

My first order with Urbanbite London was a complete disaster. Placed an order thru them for Indian food to be prepared by local restaurant Curry Mahal at 17:54. Also paid by card online. It took until 18:22 for the actual order to be delivered to the restaurant. Then another half an hour passes and I get a phone call direct from the restaurant... Asking how I would like to pay.(!) They had not received payment. Go online to the so-called 'live chat' with Urbanbite... Not exactly a chat as I sent several messages with no reply. Strangely, though the messages were received as Urbanbite replied by email as opposed to live chat. After several phone calls with the restaurant; Finally had payment confirmed. An hour and forty-five minutes later... Food FINALLY delivered. Dreadful experience. Will NEVER use Urbanbite again.
