Kazan Restaurant

I went to this place and found the food really nice. The service was good and the staff was welcoming. The atmosphere was nice overall had great time. My sister and her husband, from USA, also enjoyed and liked the food preparation and taste.

The food was a bit expensive but overall had a great time.

we had read great things about this place.but it was a big mistake!!!!!!!!!! the owners, they not friendly .. food it was just ok and no one was friendly, it took them ages to order our food, they didn't offer us any desserts until after 20 mins and then we were about to order another drink when they came over and handed us the bill which we hadn't asked for shame for this restaurant..

i like the restaurent im one of the customer who often visit the restaurent and enjoy the food and environment all the time, but i dont know whats wrong this time but in my last visit i face the worst experience. Actually it was a birthday party of 25 people we booked the table in advance and even we informed the manager that we are running bit late as expected, but that doesnt make sense that manager calling us back and ordering us that if we can not be on time he gonna cancel the booking all the party was upset by hearing that and when we arrived at the restaurent the managers words were pretty dominating and specially even thaogh we enjoy every thing but the managers behaviour with us was ridiculous. whole party was upset because of that. I feel the change of manager brought a very bad impact on the customers relationships.

regarding the service all the time when we book a table for group of friends, manager used to serve us with a great joy used to suggest nice cocktails and special dishes for the group every time we used to enjoy nice cocktails and ottoman feast for all group and we use to finish up in a reasonable budget. but this time we spent a lot of money but worth was?

highly recomended not to celebrate the big parties.

I booked Kazan for a party of 18. The service was spot on, they really looked after us, and the food was great. We had a selection of food from the mezze which was delicious and the price was really reasonable. £25 per head including lots of wine! The restaurant decor is really nice, we had our own glamourous area! Would really recommend this place, especially for a big party! Will definately be going back!

We are regulars at Kazan for the simple reason that they are consistent in their friendly down-to-earth service, great food and at a reasonable cost. The ambience is warm, inviting and exotic! We love it!

Avoid this restaurant..!!! Bad food, Bad service, overpriced..!

I went there to treat my friend for special occasion. They sat us right next to the door even there was some tables available. They rushed us to order. Main courses came pretty cold. I had to to wait 5 mins to get someones attention to send it back. All staff was chatting around the bar and not caring about the customers. Table next to us was waiting for bottle of water for 10 mins.

After sending back my -charcoal grilled- food came back microwaved..! Tasted and felt like rubber. Nobody to complain to, no apologies.

Overall very bad experince..!

I had lunch at Kazan

I ordered a six pack juice and a club wrap with chicken and avocado

I loved the food it was really fresh and the juice was energising and amazing

On top of that the girls made me feel welcome and special. I was looked after and for the price I think the service and food was amazing.

Well done and thank you. I wish the best of luck to the new management.
