Sirous Tapas Bar & Restaurant

Food was a bit disappointing, definitely catering for a bland pallette. The food on the menu sounded really good but it was the taste that let me down. Also, I had a coca cola which was very fizzy and tasted of ice cubes more than anything else. Safe to say I won't be going back there again.

Sirous was very disappointing. The food was terrible and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The price of the food in my opinion was extortionate for the quality of food.

Been here countless times after I met Mr. Sirous at Staples, where I worked very briefly, printing out his old menus. Since then I've taken my parents, my partner's mother and we've always had a great time, it's one of those places you feel instantly comfortable (speaking of which, I'm still trying to work out how to steal one of those red couches...)
The service, the food, the value are always brilliant and packed even on a Tuesday night, booking is VERY recommended for weekends. If you fancy brunch, indulge in a Spanish omelette, but you might want to share it with some one else as they're quite big.

Friday 7th December 2007. I was organising 50 people for Department Dinner NERVOUS, YES!! but once I got there, met the owner and the staffs, they were brilliant and very helpful. From the starters, main menu and desserts, I have no comments, they were very quick, the food was excellent, generous in portion and really had a good time. I was down with flu but the owner really taken care of me with honey, lemon and mint leaves...Ahhhh...it's good to be taken care off, once in a while.
For those who's looking for a place to entertained clients or whatever occasions, I would recommended Sirous Tapas 100%, value for money, well...I'm not paying the bill but my boss doesn't seem to bother to spent over £3000 for 50 hungry construction people.
Mr. Sirous the owner also helped me in getting us a belly dancer, she was great, everyone enjoyed the dance and I still keep my job.

A great place to relax after work. Great choice of Tapas and wine. We have sometimes had main meals (duck, baked pasta and paella) which are all lovely.
Not sure what the negative comments are all about, we love it - must be a jealous rival

I've been to Sirous many times and it has never disappointed. The food is excellent, especially the octopus with potatoes, the chorizo wrap and the aubergine dish. And the spinach crepe as well, actually. Service is good, v friendly, although can be a bit slow when very busy but that is only to be expected.
Great atmosphere with big leather sofas and smaller tables. There's also outdoor seating for the warmer months. It's a great favourite of mine, I highly recommend it!"

Went there for a dinner with couple of my friends and had an amazing evening!
Atmosphere is very relaxed and cosy. at no time we felt rushed by stuff to leave as it happens in many other places.
food was amazing. though some of the tapas was not a traditional spanish we did not regret that at all. vegetarian selection was one of the best if not the best i've ever seen in n-w london.
girls serving us were very friendly but professional at the same time. would recommend it to everyone and definitely will be back myself.

My boyfriend and I love this place. We have gone in at 3pm, sat on the sofas and had lovely food and a bottle of wine and still been there when the evening crowd started arriving. The food is lovely, reasonably priced, and there's plenty of it and the atmosphere is laid back yet upbeat, chilled yet warm and totally unpretentious. Also, there's noone rushing you out the door when you're meal's finished. The only gripe is the service can be very slow, but as we are never in a hurry when we got there that doesn't bother us. We call it The Sofa Bar because of the lovely sofas, and we'll keep going there over and over and over and over. If only there were more places like this in London.
