Marco's of Chelsea

Dined here for lunch on a Groupon voucher. The quality of starter and main course were appaling. The starter consisting of squid was undercooked and badly presented on a bed of a few scattered lettuce leaves. The main meal consisting of burnt meatballs was also badly presented on a bed of squishy mash potatoes. We had to send it back. The service was slow. The so called chef couldn't have cared less. A very disappointing lunch. Shame on the Marco Pierre name.

surprised. had a nice meal there with groupon vouchers and very good value for money. nice rest. food was very good. also went to a party there for my friends birthday, fantastic party venue with brilliant views and good music

All started to go wrong after starters. No sign of the main course after a hour of waiting. Wondering if we had be forgotten, we asked the waiter. The joking response was "it should be here tomorrow morning", we obviously did not find it funny. A further 20 minutes later, the main course finally arrived, the rib-eye steak that was ordered to be cooked medium rare turned up in front of me looking like meatballs and pasta. So not only was the food late, the order was wrong. So a further 10 minutes later, the steak finally came. Don't waste your time and money at this place. The attitude of the staff was horrendous. The food was average as was the venue. At least have the courtesy to explain to your client that you have messed up their order.
