The E Bar

Maida Vale has many places to offer but this find turned out to be the biggest of gems. We held a birthday party and pre-wedding bash for our friends and work mates to attend and everyone left a happy camper. Considering how many people there were to serve the staff were warm, friendly and helpful to the end. The manager was hugely professional and helped with every detail of the party from start to finish and also helped with unforeseen mishaps.

The location was perfect to park cars or get to by tube (Warwick Road). Its not just an average bar but a venue which allows you have several areas under one roof (chill out area, dance floor, bar, tv area, etc) and cater for everyone's mood. The food is perfect and the drinks are always on tap. If your looking for Maida Vale's best kept secret, look no further. Just don't tell everyone about it.

I'll be back next year for my next birthday.

Had a small party there in early December and was very pleased with the bar - cool deco, great and friendly service, fab drinks and canapes. Me and my guests couldnt say anything bad about this place - maybe that could be a bit more busy as its a real gem! Definitely reccomended!!!

Would not recommend this bar to my worst enemy!!

I don t usually write reviews but I had such an awful experience at E Bar that I feel obliged to share it with people.

Had a private party there recently. Even though the place is well located, ok decorated and has a lot of potential, the manager has obviously done a very poor job: Service is aweful! (asked for beers in a bucket of ice and received a very agressive response...). Even though I have been to many bars & restaurants of this kind in London, I would not hesitate to say this is the worst service in town. No warmth, no ambience, terrible attitude.

Forgot to mention the best part: this is supposed to be a "tapas" bar!! But have rarely seen such bad food. Truly terrible! prawns not cooked, disgusting frozen "mini-pizzas", re-heated fish + food was late, lukewarm, and overpriced!

We had our engagement party there and had a fabulous time.

Although friends were disappointed by the automatic 12.5% service charge on every drink for bar service, which they refused to remove. Drinks were taken away half finished. Such a shame as the drinks, food, music were great, but it certainly is not cheap at the best of times!

Have tried it 3 more times, with surprisingly similar money-grabbing tricks. Sort of puts you off...

I was there for my birthday a couple of days ago.

Me and my frinds we had a really good time, loats of food and especially DRINKS!!!!

The staff was very friendly as well!

What a great change to the staff the place and the food! I met a load of friends at e bar on Saturday and we had one of the best nights i can remember for a while. The staff made us feel special and the food is proper authentic Spanish Tapas, YUMMY!!!! This place is a must, what an addition to the area, I think I need to move back to Maida Vale! Go check it out.

I was there last night, with a group of friends. We tried a lot of cocktails, all of them - great! The food was a surprise as well - authentic tapas, tasty and healthy. The atmosphere was great and all the staff very nice. I will definitely go back.
