The pub is a really comfortable place with good selection of beer but the staff were incredibly rude. They sold us pints at 10:20 and for ten minutes hassled us non stop to take our glasses. Literally, walking up to us and demanding our glasses. I've never been treated so rudely in a pub. I understand pubs close, but you don't sell a pint if you're not going to let your costumers drink it. Terrible experience and it was clear the staff were more interested in themselves than providing a good service. Would not recommend it to others.

What a gem of a place, not to be confused with other station pubs, a great selection of cask ales. We ate and the food was not what we expected at all and for the better.

Will be back soon. Keep it up Fullers.

£4.05 for a pint of ordinary bitter - Holts IPA at 3.8%!

Won't be back in a hurry unless someone else is paying.

Lovely conversion though.

The Parcel Yard is a peaceful retreat from the busy station if you go upstairs to teh Loft you wouldn't know you were amongst all those commuters and travellers. The Loft is comfortable place as a meeting point and to rest up before travelling. Variety of seating means they can cater for big groups and casual drinkers but when I went it was quiet and light with sun streaming through.

I had a very tasty and filling meal and really nice pint first time, second time an even better meal and super champagne. Its not the cheapest meal in town but it was nicely presented and the staff were very pleasent. There's nothing comparable at St Pancras (more expensive there) or at Victoria (where you just can't get a decent meal). It's a welcome development for the tired traveller.

I stayed at my table for 2 hours - the staff were attentive and helpful and jolly. I could even plug in my laptop for a recharge. There are some interesting nooks and crannies to this new pub too - full of delightful details which are intriguing.

We had a few drinks in this handsome Fullers pub in the shiny new King's Cross concourse. It look a while to get served as it was full of after-work suits and the staff, obviously new, took a while to work out what we actually wanted and who was serving who. That aside, it's a great looking pub - lots of unusual rooms (a bit like train platform waiting rooms, which I suppose is the point) and a lovely airy conservatory style bit in the middle that lets in lots of light. Loved the unusual view of the King's Cross platforms from the (spotless) toilets. It is very much a station pub but they've managed to make it very comfortable, with comfy seating and tucked-away nooks. A lot of people had obviously settled in for the evening, so it didn't have that transient feeling that other station pubs can suffer from.

Nice wine list, little bit on the pricey side of course, and a good selection of premium spirits. Couldn't get close enough to the bar to see what was on tap, but then most of the suits were drinking Peroni anyway. (Note: I'm awarding the food a 7 at the moment because the menu looks good - lots of hearty British dishes, certainly a notch above pub grub - and all the food we saw around us looked top notch.) Will be back for a quick supper soon.

Left after being ignored by staff and then told we couldnt order some bread while we waited for another person (it is offered on the menu). Very poor service and no atmosphere at all.
