We have been going to Friends for many years though not a on a regular basis. As with all the other occasions we have been, the food was well prepared and presented using good quality ingredients. We are great lovers of vegetables with our main courses (though we are not vegetarians) and requests for more are always served without question. There is also a good wine list. For the quality of food, drink and service Friends is also good value.

We went to friends on Tuesday. The place is. Joy. The service was superb. Attentive, but discrete and food served quickly. I had sirloin steak which was beautifully presented, cooked perfectly medium rare and tasty. My wife had duck which was very moist and she enjoyed it. The dssserts all looked good and we enjoyed our choices. Overall this restaurant sets itself apart from others in pinner and hatch end.

My wife and I recently took my mother for a meal to celebrate her birthday. What a fantastic choice. From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were treated like special guests. Especially the birthday girl. The restaurant is very bright and airy, the atmosphere is relaxed and informal whilst retaining an air of exclusiveness. The food and wine were both exceptional. I can not recommend this restaurant more highly and we will certainly be returning very soon.

Wow! A fine dining restaurant in Pinner. We have walked past many times and always assumed too expensive for us, but on a recent visit for lunch (special offer) we wondered why we have never tried before. We were assured by Chef/Patron Terry Farr everything prepared from scratch on daily basis (they even bake their own bread). This place compares favourably with good London restaurants charging considerbly more. Offers incredible value compared to very variable (and sometimes awful) meals in other "chain" eateries locally, where incidentally we have spent more and of course meals are mostly bought in from catering companies.

We were told building is oldest in Pinner (400 years) so small and quaint, but apparently can do up to 50 covers.

Amazed at one review here complaining about tables together! They could hardly have been apart as rooms are intimate, and obviously not possible for staff to serve them if they had had their way.
