Just visited last night and I think it's our 3rd or 4th time there. Each time, the food is fantastic, the service always pleasant , and the value is solid for W4.
The food -
We stick to the burgers, shakes, and onion rings.
Their entire menu looks great, it's just that when we get the jones for a burger, nothing else will satisfy. The meat is top quality and the grill they use adds that special flavor that other places can't replicate. The shakes are the real deal - top quality ice cream, good chocolate and my fav - a shot of espresso. The onion rings have a great flavor and are consistently perfectly cooked.
If you have a need for a great burger in W4 - look no further - this is *the* place. If you're in SW1 - then Harvey Nichols 5th floor is the choice.
I'd give the atmosphere a 10 and the only thing keeping me from that is the draft that blows in when the front door is opened - but hey, that's a small thing that I can live with.

Have been here loads of times and you simply will not find a better more consistent burger in the whole london.
The food is better than some of the 'restaurants' in the surrounding area.
Try mixing and matching the toppings to create your own. Divine!
on the negative side it's a pay at counter Mcdonalds-esq affair. The drinks are criminally expensive for a café cum burger bar.
£2.00 for a bottle of abbey well still water is a bit excessive - but don't let this detract you from the very good burgers.

I've been a number of times with my family as well as taking visitors from out of town.
The food is good, very good, the staff are distinctly variable in their attitude to customers ranging from the outright rude to pleasant.
The seating is not designed to have you staying around for long and the place utilises every square centimetre of floor space.
The drinks menu is OK and the house wine is very drinkable.
