I loved the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Friendly, polite staff and a personal touch. For me, it's perfect for a light meal and a few of the new amazing cocktails after work!

I have been there a few times, and have loved the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. For a light snack and a few of the new, and quite originally Japanese inspired, cocktails on a Friday night...who would want more?!!

I can't believe that people actually enjoy eating here.

I popped in recently when I was in Mile End for work, fancying a bowl of noodles. As I didn't feel like ramen or yakisoba, I ordered a side order of soba. When it came, it wassn't soba - wrong colour, wrong flavour, looked like it was instant Chinese noodles out of a packet - and it was just noodles. No soup, no sauce, no nothing. Unbelievable. This was followed up by the worst, heaviest, most leaden and badly cooked gyoza I have ever had the misfortune to eat.

And finally, what kind of place notes on the menu that the sushi and sashimi may contain bones??!! Off putting is not the word.....

I shall not be returning and shall also be firmly warning others off.

Living locally we use this restaurant on a regular basis - mainly for take-aways. Service is always good, polite and efficient. Food is excellent and, in our opinion, better than Wagamamas ( there is one quite near at Canary Wharf). We normally pay around £10 which feeds 3 - excellent value and never too long to wait.
