Wagamama (Moorgate)
your comments review this restaurant and win a bottle of champagne
You know what you're getting at Wagamama. This is one of the branches in the city. It's pretty quiet on school nights, but busy at lunch and on traditional drinking nights, such as Thursday. I don't know what it's like at weekends, but I'd imagine it would be like a ghost town.
Otherwise it's a standard Wagamama setup. Good enough food to keep most people happy, possibly a little overpriced. This one isn't so aesthetically placed, however. And it can get quite noisy.
But it's convenient and, later this year, it will be on the doorstep of a Crossrail station. So it's probably here to stay. I use this restaurant to fill a hole, rather than go out.
