I am so fussy about sushi, all that limp stuff you get from pret and the like just leaves me cold. Abokado on the other hand is absolutely yummy. Lovely and fresh, my favourites are always gone by 1 o'clock.
I crave it. Its becoming an addiction. If I can limit myself to only going twice a week, I'm doing well..........

In my view the best smoothies in Covent Garden - certainly the widest range and well priced too. Like to see more smoothies with blueberries in.

I go to Abokado at least a couple of times a week. Fantastic quality sushi, wraps and smoothies and good value too for such fresh products. I normally go for the salmon nigiri, which I can't find cheaper at £3.45. Refreshing change to Pret and the rest.

My colleague and I went there for lunch today. We always take away the delicious wraps and smoothies so imagine our disappointment when we saw that all the prices have gone up and they've downgraded the size of the smoothies. The menu for their new smoothies is also completely different and not nearly as good, in our view, as the Summer menu. Looks like they've had the price police in... one to avoid for the future. Shame !

The wraps here are all relatively fresh and packed full of salad.
I had an avocado wrap today which was quite nice, but the avocado had oxidised and turned brown and there was an insubstantial amount of avocado therein.
It's quite good how you can now mix n match. The other wrap i had today was thai chicken or something. I expected perhaps a hint of coconut or spiciness but nothing really stood out about the flavour of this one, though it was quite fresh.
Value for money-wise, you get more flavour and more food than you would get in marks n spencer which i think is quite extortionate! still, i think the prices of wraps these days are really too expensive. I would come here a lot more if the wraps were say £1 each. Am i asking too much maybe?
Oh yes, i had one with cranberry, walnut and brie once. How i love that combination. yes, that one was quite nice. I have yet to try the sushi, but to be honest, anywhere which isn't japan for sushi just doesn't compare anymore. What a snob i am!
It's not a great atmosphere in here, so i usually just do a takeaway. Also, there are little signs which tell u what's inside the wraps so you don't have to guess.

I found out about this place because they catered for a work lunch that I was at and I was so impressed I searched them out the next day! I work just round the corner and now vgo to this place at least a couple of times a week. The range is really interesting and I normally go for the Simply Salmon sushi set, which tastes very fresh. Their blurb says that they have the widest range of wraps in London and I can certainly believe it - makes a very welcome change from Pret and the like!
