I stumbled across Kafe La early this year and have been going back ever since!

A truly great evening out, the best curry I've ever had. Friendly service, we take all our friends!

Just moved to the area and went here last weekend. What looks like a plain takeaway downstairs leads up to a charming restaurant upstairs. We thought the food was amazing, absolutely the best curry we have had in years, and the service was friendly. The place is a real find, I can't recommend it highly enough - if you're reading this go there now!

I can only agree with everything that's been said. I've been going to Kafe La since it opened and the food and service are both consistently brilliant. If ever a restaurant deserves to do well, it's Kafe La. Superior to anything else in the area.

have been visiting kafela for over 1 years and is simply a firm favourite of mine. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel very welcome (something that other restaurants need a little help with). It’s contemporary and smart, friendly and clean. - and most importantly..the food is also extremely good. They have an extensive list of classic dishes but I recommend you order one of the house specialities.

You dont always need to book, but its worth calling in advance.

You will not be disappointed.....

Went to the Kafe La Bangladeshi a couple of weeks ago, and was really impressed by the whole experience. The decor was lovely, very modern and relaxed,without feeling too trendy. The food was absolutely fantastic. The flavours amazing, we really enjoyed everything from the popadums and fabulous chutneys, through to our lamb dishes, which did not contain a trace of artificial colouring. The service was top notch and we enjoyed some Indian beer, and a brandy on the house at the end of the meal. Will deffinately be heading back sooner rather than later, as its also fantastic value for money!

First time and I fell in love with it. The food, the decor, the service all sets the right tone. Very reasonable price to pay for the quality of food on offer. If you haven't been here, don't hesitate. This place definitely deserves a go. You won’t be disappointed. Absolute gem for Foresthill!!
