Mezaster! A thoroughly dissapointing experience for a party of seven celebrating a birthday.

We were shown to our table at seven but nobody came to take our food order until eight. The at nine whilst we were eating our main courses we were told we would have to vacate the table by 9.30 for another party.

On ordering some more wine for the table, half the order turned up, after half an hour and we were asked whether there was time for the rest to be served.

On ordering desserts and coffee - the coffee turned up first and then the desserts.

We were then told they would knock the coffees off the bill to make up for all the mistakes, only for the bill to turn up with the coffees still on it.

I feel sorry for the waiting staff as they were trying there best but there was a real lack of organisation in the restaurant and kitchen.

Having said all that the food was largely good but the service spoil the evening.

Excellent night out. Started with a good choice of cocktails served by friendly and efficient bartender. Then decided to eat in the restaurant where there was a nice selection of tapas. Service was good, food was tasty and the place has a great atmosphere, whether you are there to eat or drink would recommend Meza and will definitely be going back there again.

Loved Meza. Really good buzzing night. Good food, service and amazing cocktails. The DJ too played some amazing tunes. Not a quiet night but a very good one.

Came to Meza a few weeks ago on a Saturday night. The staff were all very friendly, professional and efficient. Was impressed with atmosphere and decor - really nice and open and not too crowded. Sat at the bar and had a delectable cocktail before being sat in the restaurant for six plates of tapas from the a la carte menu. Wine list was good and the wine we picked was perfect for the food, which was fresh, hot and delicious. What more can you ask? No voucher - but total cost came to £70 for the two of us including all drinks, so thought it was excellent value for money.
