Very disappointed. We went in here on the off chance after the theatre. It looked nice, with a pretty average, reasonably priced menu.
My homemade ravioli were OK - but felt as though they had been microwaved with hard edges (and the dish arrived suspiciously quickly). However, the accompanying sauce (tomato and cream) definitely had that pre-bought tomato flavour (preservatives?) - almost like ravioli sauce from a tin.
My girlfriend's carbonara looked more inviting, but that IMO was stodgy with fatty bits of under cooked bacon.
Bill was therefore steep at £38 for a shared starter, two mains and two glasses of wine.

Biagio's service was extremely slow. The apple tart was chewy and they over charged me on the bill by £40. The bill was handwritten, covered in Tipp-Ex and hard to follow. They automatically wrote in an additional 12.5% service charge. The restaurant is cramped and the toilets are low standard. I'd save yourself the money.
