I loved this place... The food was lovely!

The staff were friendly and although things started off a little badly, (we were 10 mins late, and they had given our table away) they soon made up for it by finding us another table and being really friendly..

The mains are really decently priced. Most of us had the veal which was very tasty. If I remember correctly the mains were all around £10. (The website has the menu and prices displayed)

The only bad thing was the price of the wine... I guess that is where they sting you. But, the atmosphere was nice and I will definately go there again.

I've been here 3 times now and it's never failed to be anything less than superb. I'm going again soon and expect to be rerurning on many occasions. The service is great as everyone is made to feel special and the food is as good as any Italian in London. My only warning is not to over order on the starters unless you are really hungry, I found that I was uncomfortably stuffed after my first visit, pace yourself.

Have had a great time here on 2 occassions. Very friendly staff with classic Italian personalities! Never felt rushed and the food and wine is delicious!

Had a lovely valentines meal here. The food was lovely. Mushrooms definately did not come out of a tin! The sevice was fantastic and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The portions are well sized, we were that full after starter and main we didn't have room for desert, which is a shame because it looked lovely! It is kind of expensive but a nice little place for those special occasions. I'll dfinatly pop in next time i'm in London.

Without doubt, one of the best Italian restaurants in London and the rest of Italy. The food was marvelous, the waiters more than helpful, and the prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was marvelous and very friendly. If and when I ever get back to London I would make this my place to eat!! Very very glad we chanced onto the very best Italian food I have ever eaten. Thank all the members of the restaurant for being there!!!

Was disappointed to read the negative comments as I've visited twice and thought the food was to die for! Great atmosphere with genuine customer care. Trying to think of another excuse to go and have the Mediterranean prawns but considering the reasonable price of dishes there I don't think I need to wait for a 'special' occasion! Highly recommended.

The staff were over famililiar, but some wouldn't see that as a negative comment so we'll say no more on that. The rest of the experience was dire enough for me to take time out of my busy working life to warn people away from going here for a meal. I actually left feeling like I should stand outside and warm peoople not to go in! The food was awful - starter, portobello mushrooms that had come out of a tin, pizza was burnt and didn't want to chance dessert - went elsewhere for that! They didn't charge me for the starter but that's not the point. It was dire, and repeated on me until the next morning! The atmosphere was fine but they could do with serving the food up on matching crockery that isn't years and years old! Ugh.

After reading some of the negative comments on this page, I decided to leave some very positive feedback after having an extremely delightful experience. The service was fast, friendly and very Italian. The food was "buonissimo" and my Finnish guests were extremely impressed with the quality and price!! Great experience and I would recommend this little Italian ristorante in the heart of the city. First Class!!!

Massive portions (especially the dessert) - when I saw another table receive their pizza I was glad I went for the risotto instead; the pizzas are huge!

Melt in the mouth food which looks good and is tasty. Plus the staff just couldn't do enough for us. It was a delightful experience.

First went to this restaurant a month ago when moodily stomping round Theatreland trying to find an affordable restaurant where we could eat in the hour left till we had to be at the theatre. Loved it so much I'm going back tonight.
