We ate in the restaurant. We were a little late, but they didnt mind. They were welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere was vibrant and the food delicious. We loved the look of the cafe side too. A great treat, well worth a visit.

I have only eaten in the deli cafe area and can't vouch for the formal restaurant. Was very impressed with service and food quality in the deli area - the hamburger is the best I've eaten in London, better than GBK and the Meat & Wine Company. Will definitely return.

I had my wedding brunch at this place with friends and family and it was a DISASTER!

We were around 15 people and I had booked in advance. From the beginning to the end of our visit the staff was unprofessional, rude and unorganised.

First they wanted to take away a couple of reserved tables because not all guests arrived exactly on time. The food came too late, wrong or never appeared. The staff was grumpy, rude and gave us the whole time the feeling we were not welcome at all.

In the end we could not even pay separately, they just pretended they could not do this. When we passed the manager on our way out he did not even respond to say goodbye.

Very sad behaviour and service, especially because they knew that it was our wedding brunch. The food was below average. Only plus is the decor.

Do not waste your time to go there!

I wrote them afterwards with my feedback and am still waiting for their response.

The italian bar/restaurant opposite the street is much nicer: great food, friendly people and you can sit in the sun!
