Quite appalling from start to finish, this dreadful, cold venue lacks atmosphere as well as manners. It started out with our arrival to be greeted by a multitude of blank stares from waiters. We eventually found a table, even though the place was half empty at 1pm on a Friday. That in itself should have caused us to up sticks, but we were given hope by a waiter who said he would be with us in two minutes. Twenty minutes later a polite eastern European girl took our order, which nevertheless took half an hour to process. The fare itself was acceptable, unfortunately the same waiter who said he would be with us in two minutes then spent what seemed like the next two hours removing items from our table. It is not good etiquette to remove a finished plate while others are still eating, but this seemed lost on the two minute man who compounded his error by asking if everything was alright, energy he would have better expended at the start of what seemed to be an ultimately painful process.

Lunch is supposed to be enjoyable, a good waiter should be invisible and yet there when required. Avoid at all costs, which incidentally are absurdly inflated.

I went to this restaurant after work to meet a friend. I was surprised at how comfortable the waitress made me feel, I almost felt like I know her for years. The food was great, not what I would normally expect from a chain. I will definitely be back here.
