what a fantastic restaurant!the service was warm and friendly,the food came quickly and was amazing;they really do have the best chicken in the world.

I've just got back from lunch at Nando's and will most certainly not be returning to this particular outlet. Four work colleagues and myself paid for our food consecutively, in 3 separate transactions. The straightforward quarter chicken meal for two of our party arrived fairly quickly, followed several minutes later by three incorrect meals, which we advised weren't ours. Anther 6 or 7 minutes passed before one of us was informed that the couscous salad (a "new" item on the menu) wasn't available. The person who was having this re-ordered. Then one of the remaining orders appeared, and was claimed by both the person at our table and someone on the next. The 'waitress' had to return to the kitchen to find out who it was for, despite the fact all of the tables have a number you need to provide on ordering. Finally, some 20 minutes after the first food had arrived, I and my colleague who changed her order recieved our food. Needless to say, the first two of us had finished. When asked whether everything was okay, we attempted to suggest that service was not all it could have been, and were greeted by a lovely smile. Nando's website is inaccessible - perhaps for a reason? Next time, I'll make the extra journey to Earls Court, where although the surroundings aren't quite as good, at least you can eat at the same time as the rest of your table.
