I had a meal here last week
I was served a meal in a plate so hot I now have a 3" burn on my arm
I wasn't even offered a free glass of wine.

This is the best PIZZA in Soho. I have never had a bad experience here, the staff are always friendly and happy to help. This pizzeria is a must!!!

I went to Pulcinella with a friend on a warm evening, hoping for a nice meal in relaxed surroundings, but instead got poor food which was overpriced, brought by a waiter who was clearly indifferent and didn't even have the decency to ask whether we were enjoying our meal - probably knowing that the answer was no.
I ordered pasta - the sauce was fine but the pasta was soft and overcooked. My friend ordered a pizza which was overcooked on the outside, and undercooked in the centre. I would've liked to have complained but the waiter just avoided us. Considering both dishes were priced around £10 this is outrageous. Two main courses and two glasses of indifferent wine cost us £36.
I'm definitely never going to Pulcinella again.

I have been to many restaurants in my life, but this was undoubtely THE WORST experience I've ever had. In short, we got kicked out of the restaurant by an extremely rude manager for not planning to spend £15 a head (most things on the menu are £7-8). We had ordered a bottle of wine and 3 meals and 2 desserts between the five of us at 21:45, while the place was half empty. We kept our calm and suggested several compromises, but the manager got increasingly rude, raising his voice, completely unwilling to listen or let us at least 'enjoy' the £10 bottle of rubbish wine. The manager was so extremely unreasonable and the whole situation so ridiculous that we were scanning the place for Candid Cameras. Please tell everyone you know never to visit this place as they deserve to go out of business.
On the plus-side, we had a good laugh about it.

I have been going to this restaurant for 6 years and never had a bad experience. The pizzas are great, as is the pasta, and the portions are huge! Good service and atmosphere makes it all in all a really good place to eat italian.

Hi, i don't nomally complain about resturaunts, but i think it's important that people get both sides of the coin. I went with a group of people on my birthday due to the great reviews on here. Perhaps we just had bad luck that day, but the service was owful. The food took almost two hours to appear, and if anyone asked the waiter(kindly) about the food, he would almost roll his eyes as if to say what do you think this is a restuaraunt! Perahps he was having a bad day. But the food was also nothing special, and one of my friends was sick after eating what she said was a disgusting risotto. She works as a chef in another restuarant and has to put up with all sorts of unfair critism, but even she said that the food and service was bad.

My husband and I ate at Pulcinella's in March of this year and the food was great! They had a fantastic cabbage and blue cheese soup and one of the best lasagnas that we have ever had. The place was crowded, but great service and wonderful, warm atmosphere!

I have been eating at Pulcinella's now for the past 7 years. I have never found a better pizza in London. The staff are fantastic. The pizzas are the biggest in London and each one is properly spun in the air.
I've been to lots of pizza restaurants but nothing tops Pulcinella!!

I have been going to Pulcinella' now for over 5 years. There Pizza's cannot be beaten. The staff are friendly and it' a great atmosphere. When you go to other pizza places and the go back to Pulcinella's you soon realise that nothing can compare to them. Every pizza is properly tossed into the air. In all the time I have been going there I have never had a bad experience!!
