Want good, wholesome plentiful food at an extremely reasonable? In the middle of Soho, we are talking location location... But don't expend to dent your wallets or your appetite..

It's easy to see why this place is always busy whatever time of the day! The staff are friendly and really make you welcome!

I've been going to Stockpot for years now and I would strongly recommend it for people who love their food and good portions, you always leave the place fuller, content and your plastic in tact, literally!

Only two bad points, the restaurant is smoking both upstairs and down and they only take cash!

Oh and their omelettes are the best!!

Well what can i say. I have been going to the stockpot for over 20 years. The staff are fantastic the food is superb value for money and the atmosphere is brilliant.Unfortunately i live away from London now but i still visit the restaurant every chance i get.I am a smoker so it doesnt bother me that you can smoke anywhere in the place. It might be a good idea to have a no smoking area (maybe downstairs). Mind you this should not be a problem for non smokers soon.See you all Saturday..Looking forward to the Pate its the best!!!!

Food good and wholesome but place rather cramped as if they are trying to enter the Guinness book of Records.

Why oh why do they not consider the comfort of non-smokers ? i recently had to endure cigarette smoke being blown across me whist I was eating this was mentioned to the waitress who replied with "we have no policy and you can smoke anywhere" have writen the manager but surprise surprise no reply, they have lost a loyal customer have been patronising their restaraunts since the 60s

have been visiting STOCKPOT since the 1960s and it hasn't changed one bit, its still great value for money and good wholesome food.

One negative comment is that there are no searate areas for smokers and non smokers the customer has to tolerate smoke being blown across them whilst trying to eat their meals...not nice!! perhaps this could be looked at

Good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good food, not too fat. Good selection.

This is my favourite West End eaterie. It's the only place I know in town where you can eat a decent meal with wine for £12/head. Of the various Stockpot branches, this one seems to have the best menu, although it is a tiny place and is seriously cramped at busy times. Definitely recommended for an unpretentious, delicious budget-priced meal. Long may it continue.
